class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Innovationsvorg\u00e4nge und Innovationsprojekte k\u00f6nnen nach einem 2007 durch Bessant und Tidd beschriebenen Modell anhand des Ausma\u00dfes der Innovation in zwei Kategorien eingeteilt werden. Dies sind erstens eine im operativen Gesch\u00e4ft schrittweise eingef\u00fchrte, inkrementelle Innovation und zweitens eine radikale Innovation mit in kurzer Zeit umgesetzten gr\u00f6\u00dferen Ver\u00e4nderungsvorg\u00e4ngen. Dazu werden weitergehend vier Innovationsbereiche (4-\u201eP\u201c) beschrieben, welche auch in der Gesundheitswirtschaft von Relevanz sind (Bessant u. Tidd 2007, S. 24). Die F\u00e4higkeit zur erfolgreichen Aufnahme und Integration von Innovationen wird dabei ma\u00dfgeblich auch f\u00fcr Organisationen im Gesundheitswesen gefordert (Robert Bosch Stiftung 2019, S. 22). Damit dieser Prozess zielgerichtet abl\u00e4uft und anhand von strategischen Eckpunkten gesteuert wird, kann ein strategisches Innovationsmanagement, eingebettet in die strategische Planung und das Projektmanagement der Gesamtorganisation, einen wichtigen Beitrag zum langfristigen Erfolg der Organisation leisten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" Der Innovationsimpuls muss, damit er Wirkung entfalten kann, strategisch eingeordnet, in den Alltag \u00fcbersetzt (translatiert), erprobt (pilotiert) und in den Regelbetrieb \u00fcberf\u00fchrt werden. Da dies im Besonderen in konservativen Umfeldern nicht automatisch abl\u00e4uft, erf\u00fcllt strategisches Innovationsmanagement die Funktion des Steuerns, Begleitens und Umsetzens von Innovationen in gesundheitswirtschaftlichen Organisationen.<br \/>\n<br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Strategisches Innovationsmanagement in Gesundheitsorganisationen basiert dabei auf drei ma\u00dfgeblichen Grunds\u00e4tzen, welche im Folgenden weiter ausgef\u00fchrt werden: Impulse vernetzen und Ideen zusammenbringen, Raum f\u00fcr Pilottests bieten und Innovationsprojekte strategisch ausw\u00e4hlen und professionell managen. Organisationale Auspr\u00e4gungen dieser Funktionen stellen Innovationshubs, Innovationslabore oder Innovationsplattformen dar.<br \/>\n<br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Innovationsplattformen oder Innovationslabore aggregieren die internen und externen Innovationsideen und bringen diese zusammen. Wie in Abbildung 2 dargestellt, steht das Innovationslabor als ein Beispiel f\u00fcr eine organisationale Innovationsplattform im engen Austausch mit der Strategie- und Projekteinheit der Gesundheitsorganisation. Innovationsideen innerhalb der Organisation, wie beispielsweise die umfassende Ver\u00e4nderung eines Behandlungsprozesses oder die Einf\u00fchrung von neuen Technologien in die medizinische Leistungserbringung, erreichen die Innovationsplattform genauso wie externe Innovationsimpulse von mit der Gesundheitsorganisation in Kontakt stehenden Start-ups. Die internen Impulse k\u00f6nnen durch an der Plattform verankerte Innovationsteams und Innovationswerkst\u00e4tten gezielt gef\u00f6rdert werden. Aufgabe des Innovationslabors ist nun, die internen und externen Impulse zusammenzuf\u00fchren und anhand der gemeinsamen Strategie auszurichten und zu priorisieren. Diese strategische Ausrichtung stellt bereits einen wichtigen Erfolgsfaktor f\u00fcr Innovationsvorhaben dar (Hernandez et al. 2013). Die Umsetzung von Innovationsimpulsen erfolgt in der gesundheitswirtschaftlichen Praxis ma\u00dfgeblich im Rahmen von Pilotierungen und Tests. Da auch diese im Gesundheitswesen bereits ein Management und eine medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Begleitung ben\u00f6tigen, stellt die Innovationsplattform idealerweise bereits die Ressourcen und F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr ein professionelles Projektmanagement zur Verf\u00fcgung. Aufgabe von Innovationsprojekten ist es, Innovationsvorhaben nach der erfolgreichen Testung in die Anwendung in der medizinischen Versorgung zu bringen.<br \/>\n<br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Eine Gr\u00fcnderplattform als Teil einer organisationseigenen Innovationsplattform dient dabei als m\u00f6glicher Kontaktpunkt zu jungen gesundheitswirtschaftlichen Unternehmungen und unterst\u00fctzt das Erzielen eines gegenseitigen Vorteils: Die Gesundheitsorganisation selbst profitiert von externen Innovationsimpulsen und der fr\u00fchen Anwendungen neuer Technologien und das medizinische Start-up erh\u00e4lt Zugang zum komplexen Realbetrieb einer Gesundheitsorganisation mit M\u00f6glichkeit zum Anwenden der innovativen Dienstleistung.
