Um von der Unterfinanzierung der Digitalisierung wegzukommen, m\u00fcssen wir wie andere Industriel\u00e4nder auf 5 Prozent, wenn nicht gar 10 Prozent des Krankenhausbudgets kommen. Aktuell investieren wir darin gerade mal 1 Prozent des Krankenhausumsatzes. Darunter leiden die Softwaresysteme. Dabei sind die Anspr\u00fcche dort gro\u00df: Die Systeme m\u00fcssen untereinander kommunizieren, interoperabel sein, in die Prozesse passen und nicht nur gekauft, sondern auch installiert werden. Das sind alles Dinge, die in der vom KHZG vorgesehenen Reifegradmessung abgefragt werden. Darauf basierend kann ein Krankenhaus sich im internationalen Wettbewerb einordnen. Mehr Mut w\u00fcrde auch dabei helfen, die aktuellem Prozesse und Strukturen infrage zu stellen.
